~ Shipping Policy ~
We offer shipping via UPS Ground or USPS to anywhere within the United States. All international orders are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, or USPS. Shipping charges will be determined by the weight of the product. We only charge the actual cost of shipping. Please email us at sales@LongevityMedicalSupply.com for the shipping rates.
~ Delivery Time ~
We will process your order within 1 business day. UPS Ground shipping typically takes 1-7 business days for delivery to anywhere within the United States.
~ Returns Policies ~
Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

Order confirmation number from the packing slip.
The name of the product you wish to return.
Customer's email address.
Reason for return
Whether you want a refund or an exchange.
State whether the product has or has not been opened.
Based on the provided information, a Return Authorization Label may be sent to you (a restocking form may need to be signed and approved first). RA number must be included on shipping carton. All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns less than 30 days. A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all returns between 31 and 60 days. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. We will replace or repair
defective items based on the manufacturer’s policy. All approved credits will be placed on your account for future use
On all returns/exchanges, the original shipping charges will not be credited back. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and are recommended to use a carrier with tracking information.
~ Payment Methods ~
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and
phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
We also accept cash, money orders, and cashiers checks. Shipment will be upon receipt of payment. We will gladly accept personal checks or company checks, but there will be a hold on all personal checks or company checks for 7-14 business days. We will ship the products when the checks clear the banks. Payments by mail must have postal delivery confirmation or
~ Typographical Errors ~
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. A credit shall be issued immediately to your credit card account for the amount charged in the incorrectly priced order.
